Bang Bang's first song Tu Meri has had 40 lakh views which is surely to surpass that milestone as you read this article. What is so special about the song you'd ask, firstly it is the first song of a very awaited film. Bang Bang, is the official remake of Tom Cruise-Cameroon Diaz starrer Knight And Day.
Hrithik is dancing is heart out, and though he is a brilliant dance, no doubts about that, whenever he dances, all we remember is his dance routine in Kaho Na Pyaar Hai or the skilfully choreographed by Prabhu Dheva Main Aisa Kyun Hoon from Lakshya. This song too is a reminiscent of that. Katrina is playing what she best does, the eye candy in the song. She seriously needs to think about changing her own perception in the films she does, but honestly we believe she cares more about the mullah she is making and currently steady love life.
The song reminds a lot of the song Ek Junoon from the last film Hrithik-Katrina did together, Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobaara. Even the music of the song, is not very bright and unique and tries hard to live up to the EDM craze that has gripped music lovers world over. Until the marketing of this is blitzkrieg, Tu Meri doesn't stand much chance to be in the chartbuster list on its own.
